Lyra Live Music Festival

LINE UP SOON TO BE ANNOUNCED!

We're stoked to be running the big LL once again! Settle in on our lush winery lawn or cosy cellar door for a huge day of upcoming artists and old-hands alike. We've compiled a stacked lineup of indie and surf rock, folk and country, acoustic and electrified. And -as always- we'll finish off the night with a serious, bangers-only cover band to get you on the dance floor. Tickets are limited and last year we sold out!

Date: Saturday, 17th October 2026

Location: New Tricks Winery, 254 Curtin Road, Ballandean, QLD

Time: 2 pm to 11 pm (Gates open from 12 pm noon!)

Bus Ticket: We run a shuttle bus, so you don't have to worry about driving and parking. An approximate timetable:

1 pm departure from Stanthorpe, Southbound

10:30 pm departure from New Tricks, Northbound

With lots of pick up & drop off stops along the way for various accommodation options between Stanthorpe and New Tricks. Book a bus ticket and as long as you're staying close to the New England highway or Stanthorpe town centre, we'll get you there.

Camping: CAMPING AT THE WINERY IS INCLUDED FREE!

When checking out, you'll be able to specify how many campsites you need and whether you're bringing a caravan or trailer. You must arrive by sunset, and vehicles may not be moved after dark. Your campsite will be specified on arrival. They are all unpowered. There will be toilet facilities only, and these may be a few minutes easy walk from your campsite. No dogs sorry!

Minors: Children under 12 are free & welcome. Note for parents - this property has OPEN WATER BODIES, moving traffic and snakes, please watch your kiddies!

Food & Beverage: Food and drinks will be available for purchase on the day. If you're purchasing a meal-included ticket, you'll be provided a meal coupon upon arrival. You are welcome to BYO food, but there can be no BYO alcohol in the festival area as this is a licensed area.

Parking: You are welcome to drive and plenty of free parking will be available on the property.

Other: There will be shaded areas set up on the day, but you are welcome to bring your own shade, including small marquees. Please bring picnic rugs, camp chairs, bean bags or whatever you need to be comfy on our lovely, green winery lawn. We haven't had anyone bring an entire couch before, but there's got to be a first for everything...

T&Cs:

1. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version for each attendee at the gate.

2. Entrants over the age of 18 must carry ID whether intending to consume alcohol or not. ID will be checked upon entry.

3. You, and anyone that you are responsible for, agree to follow instructions from New Tricks staff and remain in the festival area at all times.

4. You agree to take everything with you that you brought onto the farm when you leave. Our rubbish facilities are very limited.

5. Campers' vehicles are not to be moved between the hours of sunset and sunrise.

6. BYO alcohol is not permitted within the festival area.

7. By purchasing a ticket you accept full responsibility for your safety and the continuous supervision and control of any minors that you are responsible for and agree to fully indemnify and release from all liability and claims New Tricks, its officers, employees and agents and its related entities for any event, act or omission causing any loss, cost or damage (including any personal injury or death) that may arise out of the actions of yourself and any minors that you are responsible for or from any third party. Lyra Farm is a working rural property with attendant risks such as dams, wildlife and machinery. Safety and comfort are of the utmost importance to us and any disruptive or dangerous behaviour will result in removal from the event.
