Lyra Live Music Festival

Held at our winery, this special day celebrates the best of Queensland’s live music, local wines, and the vibrant sense of community we love so much. Camping is free so why not make a weekend of it and explore everything the Granite Belt has to offer - from cellar doors to scenic bushwalks.

We hope you can join us for a day of great music, great friends (new and old), and good times!

Location: New Tricks Winery, 254 Curtin Road, Ballandean, QLD

Time: 1pm to 10pm (Gates open from 12pm noon)

Bus Ticket: This is a return ticket from Stanthorpe (one per person).

10:30pm - New Tricks to Stanthorpe

Camping: Camping at the winery is free, however we do ask that you specify how many campsites you will need when purchasing your ticket. Please BYO tent, swag or motorhome (and warm sleeping bags as the nights do get chilly). Your campsite will be specified on arrival. There will be toilet facilities only.

Minors: Children under 12 are free & welcome. We ask you to please supervise your children at all times. We are a working farm with multiple open dams. We request that the kids do not wander from the main area.

Food & Beverage: Food and drinks will be available for purchase. You are welcome to BYO food as well.

Parking: You are welcome to drive but please do not drink and drive. Free day parking will be available in specified areas.

Accommodation: There are numerous options in the local area. Ballandean is our nearest locale.

Other: There will be some large umbrellas set up on the day, but you are welcome to bring your own shade (please be mindful of other guests). You are also welcome to BYO picnic, rugs, chairs etc to enable you to settle in comfortably.

T&Cs:

1. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version for each attendee at the gate. If you have any questions, issues or wish to get a refund, contact natalie@newtrickswine.com.au.

2. Entrants over the age of 18 must purchase an adult ticket whether intending to consume alcohol or not. ID will be checked upon entry.

3. You and anyone that you are responsible for agree to follow instructions from New Tricks staff and remain in the festival area at all times.

4. You agree to take everything with you that you brought onto the farm when you leave. Our rubbish facilities are very limited.

5. Campers' vehicles are not to be moved between the hours of sunset and sunrise.

6. By purchasing a ticket you accept full responsibility for your safety and the continuous supervision and control of any minors that you are responsible for and agree to fully indemnify and release from all liability and claims New Tricks, its officers, employees and agents and its related entities for any event, act or omission causing any loss, cost or damage (including any personal injury or death) that may arise out of the actions of yourself and any minors that you are responsible for or from any third party. Lyra Farm is a working rural property with attendant risks such as dams, wildlife and machinery. Safety and comfort are of the utmost importance to us and any disruptive or dangerous behaviour will result in removal from the event.
